- Check you spam folder.
- Head over General tab on plugin’s settings page. Make sure your server can send emails by checking Use site admin email.
Note: some hosting providers restrict email sending from the name of other domains.
- If you still don’t receive emails then it’s highly possible that your email server isn’t setup. Ask for support your hosting company and tell them about the problem: wpmail() function doesn’t work.
